Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Version 1.0 of 21 September 2026. Drawn up under art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”. This is a translation for convenience; the Russian version is the legally binding one.

By pressing “Accept” in the cookie notice on taroastrology.ru (the “Site”), I, a visitor of the Site, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, specifically, knowingly and with full information, consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Operator

Alexander Ustinov, e-mail: alustinov@mail.ru (the “Operator”).

2. Purpose

Collecting visit statistics for the Site and analysing how it is used, in order to improve the Site and its content. The data is not used for decisions producing legal effects and is not used by the Operator for advertising.

3. Data covered

identifiers written into cookies and browser local storage by Yandex Metrica;
IP address and the approximate region derived from it;
browser, operating system, device type, screen resolution and language;
addresses of pages viewed, the referring page, the date, time and length of the visit;
actions on the Site: clicks, link navigation, scrolling.

What you type on the Site (name, dates, birth time and place, questions to the cards) is never passed to Yandex Metrica: session recording (“Webvisor”) is switched off.

4. Operations and method

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the party named in clause 5, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated, using the Yandex Metrica service.

5. Party processing the data on the Operator's instructions

Yandex LLC, TIN 7736207543, PSRN 1027700229193, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow 119021, Russia — under the Yandex Metrica terms of service. The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfers of personal data.

6. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid for 1 year from the moment it is given, or until it is withdrawn, whichever comes first. You may withdraw it at any time:

with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the Site → “Essential only” — the Metrica cookies are deleted from your device and the counter stops loading;
by writing to alustinov@mail.ru.

After withdrawal the Operator stops the processing and ensures the data is destroyed within the period set by art. 21(5) of 152-FZ, unless the law provides otherwise.

7. If you do not consent

Declining limits nothing: all readings, the destiny matrix, the natal chart and every other feature remain fully available.
