Privacy and Cookie Policy
1. Who we are
The operator is Alexander Ustinov, e-mail: alustinov@mail.ru (the “Operator”). This Policy applies to the website Satin Moon at taroastrology.ru (the “Site”).

4. Data that stays on your device only
4.1. To keep your readings and settings between visits the Site uses the browser's local storage (localStorage). This data is written and read in your browser only; it is not passed to the Operator, to Yandex Metrica or to anyone else.

4.2. You can erase all of it with the “Delete my data” button at the bottom of the Site, or through your browser settings. Enter other people's data (for example a partner's date of birth) only with their consent.
5. Cookies and Yandex Metrica
5.1. The Site sets no cookies of its own. With your consent it runs the Yandex Metrica counter, which sets cookies and local-storage entries. The processing is carried out on the Operator's instructions by Yandex LLC (TIN 7736207543, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow 119021, Russia) under its terms of service.

5.2. Counter settings: Session Replay (“Webvisor”) is off, so the contents of input fields never reach Metrica. The Operator receives only aggregated traffic reports.
5.3. Until you press “Accept”, the counter does not load and no cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the Site: withdrawing consent deletes the Metrica cookies from your device. You can also block cookies in your browser.
5.4. No other third-party services are used — no advertising, no social widgets, no external fonts: fonts, images and scripts are served from the same server as the Site.
6. Server logs
6.1. The web server records an anonymised IP address in its logs (the last octet is replaced with zero, for example 95.24.117.0), the date and time of the request, the address of the requested page and browser details. The full IP address is never written to the logs. This data is used only to keep the Site running and secure.
6.2. Logs are kept for no longer than 14 days and are then deleted automatically. They are not combined with other data and are not shared with third parties except as required by law. The Site's server is located in the Russian Federation (art. 18(5) of 152-FZ).
7. Security
The Operator applies legal, organisational and technical measures under art. 18.1 and 19 of 152-FZ: restricted server access, an encrypted connection (HTTPS), minimisation of collected data and anonymisation of logs.
8. Your rights
8.1. Under art. 14 of 152-FZ you may request information about the processing of your personal data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, withdraw your consent, and complain to the Russian data protection authority (Roskomnadzor) or to a court.
8.2. Send requests to alustinov@mail.ru. The Operator replies within 10 working days of receiving the request; this may be extended by no more than 5 working days with notice of the reason.
9. Changes to this Policy
The Operator may amend this Policy; a new version takes effect once published. The current version is always available at taroastrology.ru/en/legal/privacy.html. In case of any discrepancy with the Russian original, the Russian text prevails.
